Public Comment:

Director’s Report

- Programs: : Bath & Beauty pinterst party, game night, learn to crochet, science night, farmers market, sand bowls, chalkboard pots, Mini comic con.  The new newsletter is out for August through December.  

- Publicity: Facebook, library website, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, work started on the Sept-Dec. Newsletter 

- Meetings, workshops, etc.: LLC Board meeting and Advisory meeting, upcoming meeting for The Library as a Platform MLA group

- Building: Teen room bids, copier bids, carpet bids, moving the bookcases

- Library Closures: None

- Volunteers: Teen group has helped with set up of tables and programs, additional volunteers are helping cover books, shelve, straighten shelves, etc. 

- Lakeland, State and other library news: Audio book ILL

- Patron comments/suggestions: book and dvd suggestions are being processed, programming suggestions are beginning, many compliments on our new Book Sale Room & Craft supply exchange cabinet, many compliments on new programs
