Public Comment:

Director’s Report

- Programs: Stashbusters, garden club, farmers market, karate classes every Tuesday/Friday, water color class, sign up for bus trip beginning, Saturday work out hour, beer making, LED pins Fairy houses

- Publicity: Facebook - marketing began 9/1/14, library website, Twitter, Pinterest, Tumblr, Sept-Dec. Newsletter has been published 

- Meetings, workshops, etc.: LLC Board meeting and Advisory meeting, MLA Annual Conference coming up in October

- Building: new art display, reorganization, work on community garden set up for spring 2015, desk installation, fireplace

- Library Closures: None

- Volunteers: Teen group has helped with set up of tables and programs, additional volunteers are helping cover books, shelve, straighten shelves, etc., we are working on a volunteer book 

- Lakeland, State and other library news: 

- Patron comments/suggestions: book and dvd suggestions are being processed, programming suggestions, many compliments on our new Book Sale Room & Craft supply exchange cabinet, many compliments on new programs, excitement over makerspace kits

- Other:  Statistics, work on Procedure manual
